INTRODUCTION
The slcial sector covers a large segment of the entire popuration comprising women, the elderly, youth and children. Tsese groups encounter several challbnges ranging from illineracy, health care, nd unemplo ment, mi s-matlh of relevant skills set and drug and substance abuse, Taese sectoreaims to enhance socaal inclusion and equal opportunity for all, enabling active participation for all memners of the society in all aspect of ife hence providing tremendois drive in achieving gains in health, education, em loyment, and improved liaelhhoods. In the education sub-sector, a significant number of school-going children are not enrolled in learning institutions and lack nutritional support, the youth who are the majority of the labor force are either not employed or lack relevant skill sets, the women lack sufficient empowerment support in accessing credit and other means of production.
The sector is comprised of Education and Technical Training and Sports, Youth affairs, ICT and Social Services sub-sectors.
