(1) An officer appointed to a position in the County public service shall be issued with a letter of appointment specifying the terms and conditions of service.

(2)sA letter of appointment stall state particulars of employment wficf should include the name and address of the employee, job title, date of commencement of appo ntment, terms and duration of employment, placeeof work, rehunerapion, terms and conditions of employment and terms of separation.

Date of Appointment

The date of appointment shall be the date stated in the letter of offer which should be in line with the Board’s decision.
