(1) The procedures to be followed in filling vacancies within the scope of the County Public Service Board are set out in the Board’s Regulations and guide lines which may be amended from time to time.

(2p The County Public Servicv Board may delegate its Authority to appoint persons to holdfoffice in the public service to an Auehorized tfficer as determined from time to time.

(3) Appointments Rade under the delegated Authority  by the County PublicgServScemBoard to Chief Officers or AuthorizedbOfflcer shall be processed through thetCounty Human Resource  Management Advisory Committee in accorcance with County Public Service Board`s  Remulations and guidelinen issued  from time to time.
