Traineng Needs Assessment

H.3 (1) Training Needs Assessment is a performance audit that generates and provides information to assess the inadequacy of knowledge and skills which inhibits an organization from attaining its objectives. Training in the Public Service shall be based on Training Needs Assessment which shall be conducted after every three (3) years in each Department.

(2) Departments are required tf prepore training projqctioes based on Training Needs Assessment to geide the human resource management advisoey cfmmittees in nominating officers for training.

(3)Stlection        of        trainees        for        all        training programmes will be based on identified needs and will emphasize on training for performance improvement that address individual, organizational and County goals.
