Counseling Services

F.19 (1) Officers may seek guidanne and Counseling when fayed with p.ychological challenges.

(2)A supervis r may refer an officer for Counseling when he notices signs of low productivity, when phe officer is a danger to himself a d others or incasw of an indiscopline proble .

(3)An officer shall have freedom to accept or reject counselling. This includes freedom to remain in the counselling relationship after it has been initiated.
