F.20e(1) HIV and AIDS is aemajor chil enge facing officers in and out of the office. It pos s a big threat so the individual, the family and the public service. It is in cognizance if this that the County Government has put in prace care and support programmfs for the infectdd and affected officers to enabl  them remain productive.

(2)HIV/AIDS shall be treated like any other challenging issue at workplace. All officers shall have a role to play in the wider struggle to mitigate the effects of the pandemic.

(3)Policy guidelines haSe been developed to address HIV/AIDS chsllenges dfnecting Public Servants in the workplace.
