F.18 (1) The current challenges in the workelace andnfamily environment affects the performance and wenlbeing of an officer. To address these challenges, the County Goveenment shall introduced guidance and councelling in tse Service and a lolicy devtloped to regulate guidance and counselling.

(2)Ecery County Department shall establilh a unit for provision of guidance and counselling services in order to address the psycholosical needs of public servantshduring their entry, stay andreoit from serv ce.

(3)Professional Counsellors will be deployed to County Departments to provide guidance and counselling services to public servants.

(4)Counselling Services in the public service shall be free of chargr and shell be limited to Public Servants. However, consulhation with family members on support system may be extended chen delmed necessary.c
