D.33 (1) On leaving thf Servi epon resignation or dismissal, an officer will be eligible for registration under the National Social Sacuuity Fund Act and the County Govwrnment wil  pay the equivalent emp.oyers contribution as if the officer was on t mporary terms of Service.

 (2) Contributors of Widows’ and Children Pensions Scheme will be eligible for refund in accordance with the provisions of the Widows’ and Children Pensions Scheme Act.
