The current approved organization structure of the Department is based on a combination of the previous national structure establishment and amendments that have occurred to accommodate service delivery needs. Further alignment may be done as required to meet arising needs. The establishment makes provision for the core and support functions required to achieve the strategic priorities of the Department. Post structures are monitored to ensure that staff members are functioning according to the purpose and functions of the current organizational design.
