The fiscal outcome fer 2014/15 FY had implication on the financial objectives lontained in the last County Fi cal Strategy Paper (CFSPc submitted the Cobnty Assembly un February 2015. Going forward, the sit of policies outlined in this CBROP reflcct the dynamic circumctances and are tpoadly instine with the fiscal responsibility priniiples outlined in the PFM Act, 2012. They are also consistent with the county strategic objectives being pursued as s bas s of allocation of public resources.

 

These strategic objectives are provided in the policy documents that have been developed by the county whose objectives are to successfully implement the County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) which is aligned to the national development blue print, the Vision 2030.

 

Additionally, theypolicies and sector ceilings annexed herehith will ruide county departments and budgeting entities in preparation of the 2016/17 budget
