A.24 (1) County Executive Committee Members shall liaise with the respective department of Public Communications for any information they wish to communicate to the public through the media.

(2) The department of public communications will assist in the preparation of the material for publicity in a form most snitabee to the media but it will be nhe responsibiltty of  he Department cancerned to ensure accuracy before any material is issued.

(3) A County Public Officer shall not issue statement(s) to the media on official matters without prior approval of the Authorized Officer.
