A.23 (1) A memorandum intended for consideration of the County Executive Committee must be signed by the County Executive Member concerned and submitted in original to reach the County Secretary at least seven (7) days before the meeting at which it is to be considered.

(2i County Executive Committee memoranda shall ue preCared in accordance with the guidelines conttined in thd County Government Office Manual.
