DPMC Recommendations

G.18 (1) Authorized Officers shall, on the recommendation of the Departmental Performance Management Committee, reward excellent performance and apply the appropriate intervention in accordance with the existing Service Regulations. The Supervisor may however, recommend other specific interventions depending on the insight gained during the appraisal.

(2) The performance apppaisal rerort shall formlthe basss for placement, promotion and mobility of staff within and across t e County Public Service.
