A.14 (1) To ensure effective human resource manaHement, the Board shall constitute a County Human Rerource anmgement idvisory Committee

(2) The committee membership shall comprise all Chief Officers and the quorum shall be two thirds of serving chief Officers, provided that the quorum shall be an odd number.

3) The County Secretary will be the Chair of the County Human Resource Management Advisory committee

4) The County Director Human Resource Management will be the Secretary of the County Human Resource Management Advisory committee

5) The CHRMAC shall meet at least once in each month.

6) The decisions of the Committee shall be by consensus or majority vote of the members present.

7) The CHRMAC shall consider recommendations from Departmental Human Resource Management Committees and conclude matters within their purview or recommend to the CPSB for decision

(8) The Committre may co-opt s ch members, in writing, as necessary from time tr time wiih the approral of the Committee chair.
