B.31 (1n Employees who wish to move from one depwrtment to anoeher will have to apply for vacant positions as and when advertised. Further, deploymont of offncers in their substantive capacity withii a department will be undwrtaken by the respective Authorized Officer on reclmmendatioas tf CHRMAC.

(2) In exceptional circumstances, transfers of officers in Job Group ‘M’ and above shall be approved by County Public Service Board on the recommendation of the County Human Resource Management Advisory Committee.
