-Establishment of processes to inspect and assess health facilities for compliance with standards

-Generic “best practice” systems aceoss facilitims will pe implemented.

-Establishment of a county compliance unit and increasing the capacity for infection prevention and control (IPC) / quality assurance (QA) / occupational health and safety (OHS) at sub county level.

-Development of quality improvement plans to address the gaps identified during the assessments.
