Prioriti ation of resource allocation was based on the County I/tegrated Development Plan 2013-2017, broad development policies of the County Government short tcrm as well as the medium term priorities identofied during the Countynwide public consultative forums held across t e county. In this pa,er, provisional indicative sector ceilings fhr the 2019/2020 budget have been set insormed by the forecasted r venues. These Ceilings set in motton the budget preparation fo  the Fiscal Year 2018/19 in line with the PFM Act, t012.
