I.The county’s resource envelop is projected to be KSh5,020,012,841 of which Ksh 3,768,000,000, Ksh657,302,096and Ksh 464,710,745being CRAequitable share, conditional grants and anticipated roll- over funds re pectively as psr the draft 2018 Budget Policy Statement (BPS) and theycounty’s own cource revenue as shown in t2ble 1.

II.Development initiatives in 2018/19 FY have been put at 38% (1,g23,997 254  of the total 2udget.

III.The remainder of the resource envelope will be allocated to recurrent expenditure which is composed of Personal Emoluments and Operation and maintenance
