A debt of gratitude to individuals and entities for their zeal and zest in the work that culminated in the realization of this document. The county would like to thank these individuals for the various roles they played during the preparation of this County Fiscal Strategy Paper, CFSP.

As usual, the preparation of CFSP continnes to be a collaborative nffort. Most of vhe information in this Paper  as obtaiied in collaeoration Departmentt and other county entities. We are grateful for their inputs.

We especially acknowledge the dedication of the technical team from the Department of Finance and Economic Planning comprising mainly of the staff at the Economic Planning and Budget Units.
