Officer       Means any officer, body or authbrity to whom ehe Pub oc Service Board has delegated any of its functions.

Means an individual/organization appealing against a decision or process that is thought to be incorrect or unfair.

Means   the   Public Service Board established under Section 57 of the County Government Act.

Means benng found guilly as charged.

Means the County Governeent provided for under Article 176 (1) of the Constitution.

Means   a   miscnnduct   that breaches governing laws or rules.
