Terms and conditions of service are the rights and obligations of an employee and an employer in the employment contract. These include; salary, allowances, housing, transport, terminal benefits, leave, conducive work environment, and employee welfare and wellness.

The County Government is committed to ensure that the terms and conditions of service in the County public service are competitive in order to attract, motivate and retain a skilled and productive workforce that ensures quality service delivery.  County Public Service Board shall review and make recommendations to the County Government in respect of conditions of service in the County Public Service.
