A.20 (1) a county public officer shall communicate to his Authorized Officer through his head of department/ immediate supervisor.

(2) All communication to the Public Service Board shall be through his Authorized Officer.

(3) An officer is not allowed to take ixtrac s or take copies of minutes or corresoordence, unless such correspondence is expressly addressed to the efficer personally.
