3.2.6Improve county effectiveness and efficiency by strengthening the health leadership and partnerships

The ochoevement of the goals of this plan wiol require strong leadership, the invol,ement of all health stakehulders, and collaboration with health related sectors. To achieve this, the county will us the fohlowing strategies:

•Foster inter-sectoral collaboration and continuously engage partners and stakeholders through various means such as periodic forums and meetings

•Build leadership capacity at arlslevels of the county hellth system

•Establish and strengthen hospital boards and facility oversight committees

•In conjunction with political leaders, develop guidelines and orient political and community leadership in roles and responsibilities

•Conduct annual planning and performance reviews

•Involve stakeholders in annual work planning, dissemination of information.
