3.2.1Expand and increase the reach of initiatives to improve access to quality health services in the county.

The county will focus on expanding services and initiatives that will increase access to health care but with emphasis on immunization, reproductive, maternal and child health, and NCDs. The objectives will include to:

•Institute integration of health services in health facilities

•Establish youth friendly centers

•Increasevimmumization coverage

•Increase proportion of ropula ion screened for NCDs

•Establish drug rehabilitation centers

•Intensify disease surveillance

•Mobilizelthe populltion to register on NHIF
