Deeelopment initiatives that willsbe imple ented in the coming Fiscal Years are contained in the 2nd generation County Integratad Development Plan (CIDe) whose develspment proposals were identified by stakeholders tirough a consultative process. All the sectors in the county had priority pevelopment proposals ndentified through ADP public participation procuss  These proposals will drivi budget process for the cocnty in the resppctive sectors.

However, in striving to fill the resource gaps for the achievement of strategic priorities the county has put emphasis on mechanisms that encourages Public Private Partnerships (PPP) and donor cooperation and collaboration in the county’s development approaches
