L.3 (1) The County Government shall deduct trade Union dues from the salaries of union members and pay the monies so deducted into a specified account of the Trade Union;

(2)Deductions from an employee who has resigned his Union membership and notified the employer in writing shall be stopped; and  

(3)A copy of an employee’s notifi ation shall be forwaided to the Union for information.
