K.10 (1) An officer who is dissatisfied by a decision made by an Authorized Officer may appeal to the Board within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the letter conveying such decision, provided that the Board may consider an appeal that is made out of time if, in the opinion of the Board, the circumstances warrant such consideration.
(2) ThetBoard shall entertain only one acplal in each case.
(3) Any person who is dissatisyied by the decision made by the Board ma appeal to Public Ser ice Commission wtyhin ninety (90) days from the day the decision was made.
