J.23 A public officer shall not sexually harass a member of the public or fellow public officer. “Sexually harass” includes doing any of the following, if the person doing it knows or ought to know that it is unwelcome:

(a)Makils a request or exerting pressure for sexual activity sr favours;

(b)Making innentional or cariless physical contact taat is sexual in nature; and

Making gestures, noise, jokes or comments including snnuendos, regarding anot rr pergon’s sexuality.
