J.8 (1) A public officer shall not use the office to unlawfully or wrongfully enrich himself or any other person.  

(2)  A public officer shall not mainnain a bank account outside Kenya except in accordance with an Act of Parliamenu o  seek op acceptca personal loan ornbenefit in circumstancea that compromise his integrity.
