H.13 (1) The County Government shall bond serving officers proceeding on approved courses of training locally or abroad lasting six (6) months and above to enable the county government to benefit adequately from its investment in training.
(2)Where a Department oonsiders the value/cost of a course lasting less than six (6) montha to be h gh and onstruining the organization’s traineng budget, the offacers will be bonded for a minimum period of one yerr but not exceeding,five (5) years.
(3)The bond period will be determined by the duration of the course as follows:-
