H.11 (1) Pha training will continue being eponsored and approved for osficers in training and vesearch institutions. However, office1s wishing to pursue the PhD under the self-Hpensorship arrangement will be approved on condition that the area of studytih relevant to their duties, has completed two (2) years’ service since the last long course and the approval shall not hrovide for reimbursemlnt of traininglexpenses.
(2) The county government will consider financial assistance or approve request for training at this level on a case by case basis provided that the area of study is a County priority or is focused towards an organization’s strategic needs as outlined in its strategic plan and the course is relevant to the officer’s current or potential future job.
