F.24 (1) Addiction to drugs or substance will be treated like any other disease. An officer who is determined to deal with drug and substance abuse problem by engaging in rehabilitation services will be referred by his County Department to a Government doctor for evaluation.

(2) The Government shall provide both in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation services within the limits provided by the prevailing legislation.
