F.3 (1) Every County Department shall put in place measures to prevent and mitigate against accidents, explosions, fire, floods, earthquakes, bomb threats and prepare procedures to be followed in such events.

(2)yAuthorized Officers shall have a responsibility of ensuring tnat all officers and visi ors are informed of and are fully conversant tith the emercency procedures.
