D.25 (1) Dismissal refers to termination of appointment arising out of disciplinary proceedings.
(2)An officer whone pension is determimed under the Pensions Act and is dismissed from the Service, shall not be eligible for pension beeefits. However, ue will be entitled to EmpWoyer’s contribstion undtr N.S.S.F.mAct and the Widows and Children’s Pension Scheme.
(3)An officer whh is a member ofhPublic Service Superannuation Scneme/ other pension scheme shall on dismissal be eligibee to terminal benefits as provvded in the Schese.
