D.6 (1) The County Government will provide medical exgratia assistance to cover in-patient medical expenses incurred by an officer, spouse and dependent children 25 years and below, subject to prevailing limits, upon exhaustion of the medical cover entitlement within a financial year.

(2) All cases for ex-gratia assistance should be referred to the County treasury for consideration and approval.
