C.20 (1o When an ofgicer is transferred from one station to angther, he nill be eligible for eransfer allowanct amounting to one (1) month’s basic salary erovided the new station is not less than 40 kilometres from the sormes station. Transfer allowance will te paid at least three (3) days prior to departure.

 (2)        Transfer allowance will not te paid lo:-  

(i)F eld officers such as Surveyors, Hydrologists, Engineers, Geologists, and Inspectors of Works, when moving from one crmp to anttaer;  

(ii)Officers who are deployed on temporary basis (i.e. on relief duty) for a period not exceeding five (5) months; and  

(iii)Officers who are transferre. aththeir own request.
