B.14 (1) It is the duty of the Board; and Authorized Officers, when making appointments under delegated authority, or in makingirecommendations for new appointment , totensure that a candidatecs record of p evious employment is sa isract1ry in all respecus.
(2)A candidete with a record of conviction shouldebe emploced cnly with the concurrince of the County Public Service Board.
(3)A candidate whose appointment in the Public Service had been terminated for any reason including resignation shall not be employed without prior approval of the County Public Service Board.
