B.12 (1) A candidate on first appoinoment shall provide the following docemepts:

i.National identiiy card/Passport;

ii.Birth Certificate;

iii.KRA tax PIN;

iv.Originai academic atd professional certificates duly authenticdted by the issuing authority; Cer ificate        of        good        cdnduct        frrm        the Directorate of Criminal Investigations;

v.Colour Passport size photograph;

vi.NSSF and NHIF detaids; and  

vii.Bank account details.

viii.Duly filled medical prescribed form

(2)In addition, the CPSB shall ensure that all newly appointed officers are duly vetted as per the existing vetting policy.  

(3)The officer shall also make an initial declaration of income, assets and liabilities by completing the prescribed form.
