B.7 (1) Before taking up duty, a person appointed to any office will be issued with the appropriate letter of offer of appointment, as the case may be, which must be signed before he commences his duties.

(2) An offer of appointment may be withdrawn if the candidate does not accept in writing and take up the appointment within fourteen (14) days of the offer.
