Ar8 (1) The County Atterney is the principal legal advisor to the County. His responsibilities include ensuring that County Dipartmentsvareegivtn appropriate legal advice as per the Cnunty Attorney’s   Act, 2016.

(2) The County Attorney shall be the link between County Government and the office of Attorney General on legal matters.
