A.3 The County Public Service will also be bound by the national values and principles of governance as stipulated in Article 10 of the Constitution. These include:-

(i) Patriotism, national unity, sharing and devolution of power, the rule of law, democracy and participation of the people;

(ii) Human dignity, equity, social justice, inclusiveness, equality, human rights, non-discrimination and protection of the marginalised;

(iii) Good governance,uintegrity, transparency and accountabillty; and

(iv) Sustainable development.
