Geographically, Chepkorio Ward borders Uasin Gishu County to the West, Kabiemit Ward to the South, Soy North to the North East and Soy South to the South West.

The ward covers an estimated area of 93.7 km2 which is approximately 3.2% of Elgeyo Marakwet county total area. And has a population of 23,349 as per 2009 NPHC report
