There are four secondary schools in the ward namely; Arror girls, Kapkata, Koitilial and Barsumbat secondary schools.

There are also nine primary schools with an averages of 270 pupils per school.

Koitilial vocational training centre is the only technical institution serving the ward and its neighborhood.
